FIXED: The video stage is no longer erroneously hidden if a non-running Video or Camera Cue is stopped.
FIXED: Arming/disarming a Group Cue now applies the change to all the children.

FIXED: Group Cues that "Start All Children Simultaneously" can now be loaded to a time and they'll load all their children to that time.
