Order of midi-commands

Description

The order of availible midi-commands is right now in a cronological order that follows the status-byte´s hex-decimal-value... I suggest ordering them in another order... most often used first...

New order:

Note On Note Off Prg. Change Ctrl. Data (and then the rest)... actually i think that they are so rarely used (or mayby never), that they maybe could be "subgrouped"
